Loemen light sculptures, handmade and designed by Dries Braeckman & Mireille Verroken, also the founders of the contemporary art forum loemenloft.

Both light sculptors are born in Belgium in 1971, Dries in Ghent and Mireille in Ronse. Different art glass courses led them to develop their very own contemporary form of glass art. Experiments with glass combined with plastics emanating into unique and handmade Loemen light sculptings.

Light gods in possession of the heavenly keys, building their very own firmament. Creators of colorful lightspheres: sparkling glass flakes surrounded by solidified plastics...turned into soul charged light objects. As it were stellar creations in a unique lightsculptorscosmos - exalting many cosmographer into a delirium of beauty.
