ed: What did you do last Sunday?

lw: I was mountain biking with my family enjoying the last summerdays in the Bavarian landscape.

ed: How important is fashion to you and what’s your favorite piece of clothing?

lw: My Bag is my favourite piece. My good fellow is keeping all my belongings all over the world.

ed: What book or film would you recommend and why?

lw: Carl Zuckmayer´s biography is a splendid document of history and personal experience.

ed: You have the chance to initiate a cultural revolution. What will you do?

lw: Parking places at IKEA for everybody at the entrance.

ed: What is your favorite travel destination and what hotel/resort should everyone visit at least once in their lifetime?

lw: Google maps. Every evening before shutting down the computer.

ed: What was in your opinion the biggest ever faux pas in architecture/design/art/fashion?

lw: The 80s. Leggings, Moon Boots and white Jaguars in St. Moritz.

ed: Who has influenced you the most?

lw: Friends.

ed: How would you define “cultural identity”?

lw: Awareness and curiosity for your surrounding. The personal “normal” in everyday friction with the foreign.

ed: When is an idea a “good” idea?

lw: Good ideas are changing the viewpoint. Good ideas are multiplying themselves.

ed: And last but not least: you are entitled to a single question. What would you ask?

lw: Where do all the emails come from?
